You may choose to be assisted by one of the brokers listed on this site. Once you have completed the application form, the real estate agent of your choice will receive your request for information, he will contact you and provide you with all the relevant information, the preliminary sales agreement, the building conditions and the statutes of the Owners Association. After signing these documents, a down payment must be made within 2 weeks. The signed documents will then be sent to the project notary mr. Kenneth F. Arends B.V., for the execution of the deed of transfer.
