To facilitate the realization of your dream villa at Vista Royal Village Bonaire, Banco di Caribe Bonaire offers local residents, the option of 100% financing (but not more than 90% of the market value). For non-residents, Banco di Caribe will finance 75% of the purchase price or market value, whichever is lower, with a 25% co-payment.
